Sunflower and Hemp Seed Dressing
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup raw hemp seeds
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ clove garlic (optional)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- pinch of salt
- Place cashews in blender and blend to a fine powder.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Optionally add ¼ - ½ red bell pepper, and/or a tomato and/or a handful of cilantro, basil or other herbs and blend as desired.
Note: Raw cashews may be used instead of sunflower and/or hemp seeds.
