As a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, I talk to clients about all aspects of their health: diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, etc. But since I am first and foremost a Registered Dietitian, it is the food I like to focus on! I like to emphasize the huge variety of delicious plant foods there are to taste, explore and enjoy along with the vast benefits plant foods provide. At the same time, it is interesting to know what benefits your body will experience when you decide to forgo certain foods.
